Extended Care

Curtis Extended Care is open to students who are enrolled in Curtis Baptist School. The daily schedule begins immediately after school with homework/reading time, recess, and age-appropriate activities. A nutritious snack is served to all elementary children in the program immediately after school.

Fees & Hours
Payment for extended care is to be paid in advance at the beginning of each month. If needed at the last minute, payment is due when the student is picked up from extended care.

Early drop-off (prior to 7:20) ~ $ 5.00/day (in advance)
After-school care/per day (must be picked up by 6:00 pm) ~ $ 10.00/day
Early drop off & after care (must be picked up by 6:00 pm) ~ $ 150.00/month

Extended care closes at 6:00 p.m. If your child is still here at 6:00 p.m., you will be billed a late fee of $5 and $1 per minute after 6:05.

Closings:
Extended Care will not be provided when the school is closed (full or half days). Please be sure to check the school calendar for these days.

Student Information
The information you place in RenWeb is the information the school uses for contact in case of any problems or emergencies. Please be sure to contact the school of any changes.

Pick up information
Only persons you have authorized in RenWeb to pick up your child will be allowed to pick them up during school hours or during extended care. Identification will be required of anyone picking up a student until the teacher/staff are familiar with the person. Please be sure to let anyone picking up your child know they need to have their picture identification.

Prohibited Items

The following is prohibited from CBS & Extended Care:

Money
Gum or candy
Toys from home
Any items that are violent/occult in nature and do not reflect Christian concepts
Electronics, such as cell phones, iPods, iPads, or tablets
