The decision to explore a Christian education is one that can make a tremendous difference in the life of your family. Not only will your child enjoy the benefit of excellent academics, but they can do so with their peers in a spiritually nurturing environment. Why should your family consider Christian education? Why should your family consider Christian education?
There has never been a more exciting time for Curtis and its school families. For over 40 years, we have educated Christian leaders in the CSRA!
Curtis Baptist Church opened the doors to the first Christian school in Augusta on August 31, 1964. Through the efforts of many and the grace of God, Curtis Baptist School has produced over a thousand graduates that impact the world in which they live.
Today the school continues to prepare children to follow this path of success by selecting faculty and staff who are mature professionally and in their faith. Caring, committed, and highly qualified teachers nurture and challenge students to become lifelong learners through an educational program marked by academic and extracurricular excellence.
Curtis Baptist School is fully accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), the Georgia Accrediting Commission (GAC), the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), the Southern Baptist Association of Christian Schools (SBACS) and is a member of the Georgia Independent School Association (GISA).
